Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in medicine from a Government or Government-recognized reputed medical college.
∎ Post-graduation degrees from reputed institutes/colleges/universities shall get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributing clinical expertise to patient care services and guiding junior doctors.
∎ Ensure the highest standards of health care services are being delivered.
∎ Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment management plan.
∎ Ensuring compliance of health care regulations and safety standards.
∎ Supervising and monitoring services delivered by healthcare professionals and collaborating with consultants.
∎ Monitoring to ensure consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices.
∎ Performing medical related administrative duties and possible risk management.
∎ Identifying gray areas of inpatient care services for qualitative improvement.
∎ Maintain intimate liaison between the administrative and the medical staffs.
∎ Supports subordinates, and taking responsibility for delegated assignments.
∎ Oversee the Laboratory & Diagnostics functioning and report delivery system.
∎ Preparing necessary budget to ensure healthcare service delivery and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ A minimum of 10 years of medical and clinical experience is preferred.
∎ Advanced knowledge of medical ethics and risk management experience.
∎ Extensive knowledge of medical recordkeeping practice.
∎ Professional ability to ensure quality patient care service in compliance with healthcare regulations and good practices.
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in health care administration in a reputed hospital.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, complaint management, and leadership skills.
