Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define supply chain strategy for the division (Pharma) in alignment with commercial function (tool- S&OP).
∎ Set working guidance for the reporting sub functions : Inventory procurement , Warehouse, Materials and supply planning, Strategic planning and S&OP (Supply and Operation).
∎ Ensure right level of inventory for production purpose (RM/PM) and for delivery (finished products) with reasonable value.
∎ Make sure storage and management of warehouse in orderly condition including their flows. Take utmost measure for managing stocks in disciplined ways.
∎ Support finance team or Internal auditors for stock counts and on time write off or write in of stocks.
∎ Reflect demands (prepared and got approval by the demand planner) in the order and production plans and on time supply of FDF for sales as per predefined schedule from distribution partners.
∎ Train functional team members periodic basis or as per need as required to comply quality norms.
∎ Make sure S&OP cycle are defined and followed by all respective functions and owners of the process.
∎ Report top management about unusual situation in the SCM operation. Report status of rejected , returned and near expiry goods.
∎ Keep liaison with Central warehouse for goods picked and sending to central warehouse.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven expertise in SCM function including demand planning and inventory control in large pharmaceutical company.
∎ Capability to manage bigger team applying leadership standards.
∎ Hands on knowledge about the GMP standards and practices.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Good command in english and good communication skills.
∎ Capable of cross functional dealings , Central Warehouse, commercial (demand planner), finance and distributor.
