Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Business Analyst, IT System Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Analysis, Business Communication, IT Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding all of the common tools and technologies related to software development. Like, Android, iOS, Web, windows application development and related technologies.
∎ Support the company to achieve the mission, short- and long-term goal.
∎ Participate in the evaluation of all engineers. Find out week point and define action to improve.
∎ Find out poor performer and take further action as per company policy
∎ Ensuring suitable and convenient office & working environment
∎ Support to define & improve guidelines, rules, policies of company.
∎ Monitor the schedule & budget of each project and synchronize accordingly with ODC and headquarter (at Japan).
∎ Participate in the resource planning in different project with headquarter at Japan
∎ Conduct all the meetings as per company policy and schedule.
∎ Guide to the development team in case of any critical situation.
∎ Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
∎ Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
∎ Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum five (05) years practical experience in reputed IT Company in Bangladesh or experience in Japanese companies is preferred.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English for international correspondence.
∎ Japanese Language skill will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Time and project management skills.
∎ Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
∎ Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
