Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead in planning and setting milestone during Proposal writing
∎ Preparing Technical and Financial proposal for new projects in acquiring potential clients in the context of both local and international markets
∎ Maintaining communication and correspondence with relevant stakeholder, Clients and associated partners
∎ Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners
∎ Discovering and exploring opportunities both in local and international arenas
∎ Developing negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
∎ Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
∎ Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
∎ Sophisticated project management skills including developing schedules, budgets, project controls, managing contracts, negotiations, and client relations
∎ Must have good knowledge about Business Environment in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience coordinating multiple projects and consultants
∎ Maintaining communication and correspondence with relevant stakeholder, Clients and associated partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills on M.S Word, Excel.
∎ Minimum five (05) years practical experience in reputed IT Company in Bangladesh or experience in Japanese companies is preferred.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English for international correspondence (In additional Japanese language skill is also preferred).
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant role
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
