∎ Strong expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and DFM principles.
∎ Proficiency in 3D printing technologies, including FDM and SLA.

∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new product introductions and improvements to existing products.
∎ Benchmark new product ideas against current offerings to establish differentiation and competitive advantages.3. Product Improvement and Lifecycle Management
∎ Lead existing product modifications to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and market appeal.
∎ Extend product lifecycles through thoughtful design updates and technological advancements.4. Plastic Mold and Manufacturing Support
∎ Collaborate with mold designers and manufacturers to execute plastic mold modifications and ensure design intent is maintained.
∎ Provide technical support for mold development, testing, and production ramp-up.5. Prototyping and Design Lab Management
∎ Manage the design lab, including maintenance and operation of tools and equipment.
∎ Oversee 3D printing processes using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and SLA (Stereolithography) technologies for rapid prototyping.6. Documentation and Material Planning
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) for new and existing products.
