∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGDSCM) – Offered by Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM).
∎ Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) – Offered by ISCEA Bangladesh (International Supply Chain Education Alliance).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Monitor market trends, supplier conditions, and innovative practices to enhance procurement efficiency.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure optimal value for the organization.
∎ Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and ensure compliance with contracts.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
∎ Assess risks associated with procurement processes and develop mitigation plans.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
∎ Monitor and report on procurement metrics, KPIs, and performance to senior management.
∎ Analyze spending trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
∎ Promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in line with company values and policies.
∎ Oversee daily procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract management.
