∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management.
∎ PGDSCM/Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management Qualified will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth purchasing of all consumable, Surgical, Non consumable, Instruments, Spare parts & CAPEX for BSHL Hospital Dhaka.
∎ Material requirement planning (MRP) and plan for optimize level of inventory level in warehouse for a reliable stream of material inputs in the hospital.
∎ Ensure the findings of right supplier for different components to ensure good quality, EOQ, stable deliveries, negotiate prices & delivery terms for various utility plant & biomedical spares & equipment & surgical instruments & consumable as well.
∎ Preparation of Request for Quotation, Price compilation of Quotations, Price Increase/ Decrease Proposal, Derivation of Bill of material for all Non COGS and CAPEX with observations and recommendations to the technical division.
∎ Preparation of comparative statement, summarize & send them to the purchase committee.
∎ Analyze consumption / requisition; raise purchase order, and cheek GRN, RTS using Hospital Management System (HMS) software.
∎ Ascertain agreement (Fresh/renewal) between the company and supplier / agents / Carrying Contracts.
∎ Ensure Hospital Purchasing and Sustainable Development policy for all local and foreign purchase.
∎ Prepare corporate report for purchasing data management by using HMS (Hospital management system) software.

∎ Age 45 to 52 years

∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Having Minimum 9 years experience in which 3 years in managerial position will be preferred.
