Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
∎ Manage procurement and develop supply chain activities to optimize costs and ensure delivery within stipulated time.
∎ Negotiate price to prepare contracts and agreements with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial activities.
