Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate/Masters in Science/ Social Science/ Public Health.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Twelve (12) years' experience where five (5) years' in managerial positions, in public health sector especially in private sector engagement, focusing on implementation of public health projects. TB program related experience will be preferable.
∎ Excellent communication skills in documentation, report writing and presentation.
∎ Good supervision and monitoring skills and ability to lead a dynamic team.
∎ Having good command over English, development and documentation of best practices, success stories and case studies.
∎ Good skills in software based reporting and monitoring system.
∎ Coordination and communication skills with GOB, implementing partners, vendors and various stakeholders.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to undertake frequent field visits.
