Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor in Micro Biology, Bio-Chemistry (Laboratory/Pathology).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ A Senior Lab In-Charge is responsible for taking care of a Lab In-charge, all aspects of running and supervising laboratory operations and must be able to work precisely and structurally while they usually work with several people in the lab.
∎ Workplace: Work at lab.
∎ Job Location: Rangpur (Dhap, Jail Road).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
∎ Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
∎ Ability and drive to solve practical problems.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Project management skills, including the ability to track and manage inventory.
∎ Managing the disposal of samples.
∎ Proper training lab assistants.
∎ Upholding health and safety protocols.
∎ Excellent multitasking skills.
∎ Adheres to specimen preparation procedures.
∎ Implements new programs, tests, methods, and instrumentation.
∎ Establishes quality standards to maintain medical laboratory equipment performance.
∎ Maintains medical laboratory productivity by monitoring the workload of functional areas.
∎ Keeps supplies stocked by determining inventory level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill
∎ At least 6-8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lab In-Charge.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Hospitals/ Clinic/ Diagnostic are strongly encouraged to apply.
