∎ Looking for an experienced Supply Chain Senior General Manager who can overhaul our supply chain protocols, procedures and strategy. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to put together a talented, efficient team. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead S&OP process through integrated planning activities to ensure successful balancing of supply and demand.
∎ Direct and control the key supply chain processes of planning, warehousing logistics to achieve cost reduction int he values chain ensure company profitability.
∎ Ensure and drive effective transparent process to procure all types materials whether locally sourced or internationally at best cost that will provide cost competitiveness in the market place.
∎ Drive team members and peers to encourage / Implement process related improvement / innovation to improve overall business performance.
∎ Ensure effective organization structure that delivers higher productivity & efficiency through right people in the right place. retain talent through succession plan and ensure job rotation as part of motivation and skill and development of people.
∎ To develop supply chain strategy that supports and meeting company strategy company performance objectives and buyer expectations
∎ To identify challenges and minimizing those challenges by implementing modern SCM techniques.
∎ To integrate logistical processes with suppliers.
