Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering preferably in ME, IPE or EEE - from public University or well reputed and top ranking Private University with good track record.
∎ Professional certification on SCM from reputed institution is preferred.
∎ MBA from reputed university is recommended.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement and supply of Electromechanical Item (Substation, Generator, solar system, Switch-socket, Cable and electrical item, Electronics, CCTV, PABX, PA System, Fire detection/protection system, Fan, DB, Ckt. Breakers, and etc.) or any other item as required.
∎ Material demand forecast, procurement plan and set timeline for action.
∎ Analyze market, Source material, develop supply strategy, proceed procurement activity and ensure OTIF delivery of material.
∎ Negotiate with vendor and customer for better output.
∎ Take initiatives to develop alternative product or supplier at lowest cost meeting all necessary quality parameters.
∎ Identification and take initiatives for cost-saving and cost-reduction activity to optimize cost and value equation.
∎ Process invoice of supplier and ensure payment on time.
∎ Vendor development, vendor enlistment, relationship management and Supplier's performance management, establish strategic relationships for enhanced capability & motivation.
∎ Data recording, data analysis and report as per KPI and need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Has in-depth knowledge of contemporary SCM concept and procurement process, total cost of ownership, Supply risk across the chain and skilled to manage it promptly.
∎ Has advance knowledge of planning and demand management, factors defining lead time and Service level, driver of ASCP/MRP and scheduling.
∎ Has high analytical skills and decision making capability, deep knowledge on different payment process and schedule.
∎ Has clear concept on basic supplier selection criteria, advance knowledge on vendor evaluation process and criteria of a good supplier.
∎ Has sound knowledge on inventory management, the concept of Safety Stock, Stock replenishment method, EOQ, Inventory classification method and impact of inventory to business.
∎ Has expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
∎ Demonstrate proactive with good attitude and take ownership, set priority, result oriented and bear end in mind.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, data management and report writing skill
∎ Multi-tasking and ability to handle problems
∎ Minimum 4-5 Years experience in Supply Chain field.
