Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage procurement process of different materials especially Stationery items, marble, granite, pavement tiles, kitchen and sanitary items and/or doors and woods related materials to control costs
∎ Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
∎ Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and explore opportunities for collaboration and cost-saving.
∎ Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to ensure that materials meet quality and safety standards.
∎ Conduct supplier audits and inspections as necessary to ensure product quality.
∎ Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
∎ Stay updated on changes in procurement regulations and industry best practices.
