Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
∎ Education in Business is preferred
∎ In case of very good experience Graduation will be considered
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Supply Chain, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and process all export related documents
∎ Send accurate export document to the buyer/ buying office and follow up with local bank
∎ Provide supporting documents for collecting foreign payments timely as per Bangladesh government rules and regulation
∎ Supervise the overall activities of shipment store once goods are ready to dispatch from shipment store
∎ Ensure space booking and organize PO wise shipment documents
∎ Maintain regular communication with several forwarders at a time and handover consignments with accurate documents timely
∎ Follow up freight forwarders bills
∎ Prepare invoice and packing list and EXP according to LC/ export contract for customs docs
∎ Ensure booking placement in online system with the forwarder and uploading shipment approval/docs to shipment out the goods and buyer
∎ Handle all types of jobs regarding export related commercial activities
∎ Maintain records of orders/ receipt/ payment etc.
∎ Maintain export and payment follow up chart
∎ Follow up to ensure the shipment, receipts and payment all are done timely
∎ To get export proceed realization certificate (PRC) from bank time to time after collecting payment
∎ Maintain REX and CO related documentation and collect from EPB/Chamber of Commerce
∎ Perform any other relevant task provided by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of export L/C and terms and condition of export L/C clause
∎ Strong knowledge about export operation
∎ Sound knowledge about export subsidy collection process
∎ Expert in MS-Office
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Sound negotiation skills and analytical ability
∎ Target oriented, self-motivated and flexible
∎ Ability to handle difficult situation
∎ Ability to perform under huge pressure
Salary: Negotiable
