Responsibilities & Context:
∎ BOQ preparation with the help of working design.
∎ Checking the different types of sub contractor bills submitted by projects.
∎ Issue the work order to the sub contractor following Company’s rules.
∎ Prepare the fund requisition.
∎ Properly maintain the sub contractor’s ledger.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of project related rates & bills.
∎ Cost analysis of each item.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
