Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend office in time and concentrate on full time monitoring of the on-going activities' record in the CCTV.
∎ After attending office download the activities recorded during the closing time of office & the park & if any unusual/undesired or unacceptable incident is revealed, bring the same to the notice of GM (FKC) through Sr. Manager (Ops) for necessary action.
∎ Everyday before leaving the office, check that the CCTV system like Camera, Monitor Cable, Recording system etc are in proper working condition and all the CC Cameras including monitor & recording system are active.
∎ Monitor the Fingerprint Verification of employees very closely & intensively and make sure that there is no malpractice by any others. In case of deviation, inform the authority immediately.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality & secrecy of all information recorded through CCTV and control access of any visitor to the control room in order to maintain security system and confidentiality of the CCTV operation.
∎ Be trained and equipped with the minimum knowledge of trouble shooting of CCTV system.
∎ During approved leave period handover the keys of CC Camera Control Room to the person duly assigned in writing by the Sr. Manager (Ops)/ GM (FKC) as applicable.
∎ Always update the contact address & number of the person of the company who supplied and installed the CCTV system to get quick technical support for maintenance and/ or restoration of CC Camera option.
∎ Maintain a register for recording the information of breakdown/ disruption/ restoration of CCTV system, if any with signature.
∎ Always take care of proper handling and operation of CCTV & ensure timely maintenance.
∎ In case of any unusual, unacceptable or undesired occurrence is raveled from the incident recorded during the odd time should immediately bring the notice of GM (FKC) through Sr. Manager (Ops). Also maintain a log book for keeping record of different occurrence informed to Sr. Manager (Ops)/ GM (FKC) time to time.
∎ Prepare monthly report on the overall surveillance activities and submit the same to GM (FKC) with a copy marked ED (Mkt- CEnCL).
∎ Ensure regular cleanliness and tidiness of all the equipment of CCTV system.
∎ Coordinate with MIS department for smooth function of Surveillance, CCTV and Cameras.
∎ Preserve the important incident as recorded through CCTV system for a minimum period of 03 months.
∎ Monitor CCTV strictly during Office hour without leaving the CCTV Room except urgent/emergency case.
∎ Any other jobs & tasks assigned by Sr. Manager (Ops)/GM (FKC) or concern Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, E-mail etc
∎ Well trained and good in official correspondence writing.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
