∎ B.SC/M.SC in Textile Engineering, IPE or same degree from any reputed University.

∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all seasonal developments with R&D, Design studio & Marketing team to ensure effective sourcing & allocation of raw materials to meet R&D vision and Marketing goals.
∎ Ensure support strategy given by team leader in terms of cost, quality & lead-time.
∎ Communicate effectively & consistently across all key cross functional stakeholders for any development & related issues internal and external.
∎ Support innovation, do research, gather knowledge in order to build seasonal fashion concept/trend.
∎ Work closely with all cross functional teams to troubleshoot & resolve any development issue quickly.
∎ Monitor & evaluate supplier’s performances in terms of quality & price.
∎ Work on cost saving initiatives by developing new sources and build long term business relationship to ensure optimum cost & reliable supply.
∎ Updating vendor database regularly.
∎ Work on foreign purchase i.e. issue PO, collect PI, issue LC and continuous follow-up to ensure ETD (estimated delivery date) & ETA (estimated arrival date) as per agreed schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in Textile Industry with technical knowledge of yarn & fabrics.
∎ Excellent negotiation, presentation, attention to details & follow-up skills.
∎ Proactive thinking & problem-solving attitude.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
