Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
∎ Analyze all requisition (PR) and sorting required items for purchase.
∎ Working with Store dept. closely to use excess goods in order to reduce excess inventory.
∎ Submit all purchase information to audit, finance & accounts regarding payment of supplier and approval.
∎ Maintain store and procurement related all materials, documents, forms, statements and hunt wastage materials.
∎ Maintain supplier bill, MRR, GRN, Challan, Invoices and take proper approval for payment.
∎ Well understanding in local markets for sourcing.
∎ Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements.
∎ Assist and ensure purchase of engineering/manufacturing goods, spare parts & consumables.
∎ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as group procurement, accounts, engineering and quality assurance to identify or qualify new suppliers.
∎ All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Company policies, practices and procedures.
∎ Ensure quality service, and best available price on goods and services in an ethical manner without compromising quality;
∎ Good knowledge on local procurement with VAT, TAX regulations as per materials category.
∎ Ensure to check the actual/competitive price of different goods and materials by visiting the market frequently.
∎ Individual has to work in MM Module in SAP environment with ease.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional degree i. e. PGD or Certificate Course in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Prior experience in any large ERP software knowledge (SAP or equivalent) will get preference.
∎ Minimum Four (04) to Five (05) years of job experience in related field.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word.
∎ Should have sound communication and interpersonal skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Having worked in FMCG industry would get preference.
