Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording of inbound and outbound inventories, inter-department issuance of inventory, consumption of RM, PM and finished goods.
∎ Ensuring proper and timely delivery of challan, matching with the sales invoice issued by the VAT department and preserving the delivery challan and gate pass.
∎ Ensuring timely and proper entry of market return products and recording of market return wastages and damages.
∎ Recording of all physical movements and stacking of products as per safety rules before the month-end inventory counting
∎ Ensuring Tri-party reconciliations (HO Sales and Distribution, VAT, Warehouse in-charge) about finished goods delivery and RM/PM purchased
∎ Maintaining Safety Stock and automation of dealer and warehouse through our app
∎ Supervising all depot operations to ensure depot activities are synchronized with sales demand
∎ Designing a safety stock policy and implementing min/max inventory targets per item.
∎ Generating Stock-out Report and root cause analysis (RCA) for each stock out
∎ Overseeing and conducting all transportation bids, negotiations, carrier nominations and contracts.
∎ Must be able to take SD core team responsibility during SAP implementation phase.
∎ Individual must be able to manage ERP tasks, activities in SAP SD Module as SD core user.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Advanced MS Office knowledge is preferable.
∎ Must have hands-on experience on SAP SD module operation.
∎ Professional Certification in Distribution and Logistics field would be added advantage.
∎ Should have sound communication and interpersonal skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ This role requires extensive traveling across the country. Hence males are requested to apply.
