∎ We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Supply Chain Management activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared purchase order, work order, bill and others for the smooth Operation of department.
∎ Received materials from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase with approval documents.
∎ Prepare and maintain inventory of supplies, logistics and fixed assets.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly stock & spare parts received & issued reports.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Maintain MRR, Gate pass & Challan etc.
∎ Conduct audit to ensure that all kind of materials keeping to similarly with software, physical stock & bin card.
∎ To proper maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Understanding of the local market, suppliers and contractors requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males & Female are allowed to apply.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, energetic and possess a high level of interpersonal & communication skills and analytical ability;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
∎ Relevant computer( MS Excel, Word & Power point) literacy.
