Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduated from DU-ILET/KUET or any reputed University. Candidate should have high technical knowledge on sports / synthetics /leather shoe footwear industries, production by maintaining highest efficiency level.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and execute sourcing plan and strategies for all Direct & Indirect Materials, outsource Finished goods with best price, credit terms, quality, delivery lead time and return policies for achieving best buy.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers relating to price, credit terms, quality, on time delivery and return policies for achieving best buy.
∎
∎ Ensure availability, right price, and quality in line of outcome from supply demand process.
∎
∎ Establish and maintain committed and reliable base of local and foreign suppliers for any purchase to optimize total cost and for future business process in line with procurement policy.
∎ To explore new suppliers, vendors to enhance the product quality & services.
∎ Ensure suppliers' assessment and development process in place and executed to optimize consistency of Quality and Service.
∎ Work closely with purchasing and procuring processes to ensure that materials and goods are procured, stored and distributed as per predefined policy guidelines.
∎ Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.
∎ Leading, guiding, motivating and empowering within framework sourcing team towards achieving of overall ABP targets, Strategic Sourcing plans and enhance knowledge on relevant technological development.
∎ Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of internal audit related processes and procedures.
∎ Measuring Demand and Supply Planning performance through Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (SCM-KPI).
