Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Purchase, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Purchase Requisitions (PR) and completeness in coordination with requesting department
∎ Monitor and ensure delivery of materials within the stipulated time frame, Coordination with accounts team for timely vendor payment
∎ Source multiple suppliers for particular products, vendor enlistment, vendor audit, vendor development etc
∎ L/C opening, banking correspondence, duty costing, process clearing the goods from customs
∎ Prepare various report & as well as customized report
∎ Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on site visit
∎ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers or vendors
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
∎ Responsible to monitor smooth opening of L/C, acceptance, releasing of shipping docs
∎ Payment & correspondence with the supplier for smooth procurement
∎ Any other task assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
