Prior experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA), Travel & Tourism, Airlines, Aviation, or related service industries will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

ACI is expanding its business portfolio with the launch of its Online Travel Agency (OTA) business under ACI Avionics & Airlines Services. This new venture aims to deliver innovative, convenient, and customer-focused travel solutions through both B2B and B2C channels. With a focus on digital travel services, strategic partnerships, and customer experience, ACI is looking for dynamic professionals to drive business growth, expand market reach, and establish a strong presence in the travel industry.

Manage flight reservations and ticket issuance accurately and timely.

Process cancellations, refunds, reissues and ticket modifications.

Ensure compliance with airline fare rules and ticketing deadlines.

Provide prompt support to B2B agents and B2C customers

Coordinate with airlines, suppliers and internal departments.

Maintain booking records and ensure operational accuracy.
