∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ EEE from (BUET, DUET, KUET, RUET, CUET or others reputed) University
∎ Skills Required: Foreign procurement, Foreign Purchase, LED Lights, Product sourcing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Foreign procurement, Product sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Lamps
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process all foreign procurement of Electrical items purchase and forecasting analysis.
∎ Liaison with all type of product suppliers/ vendors/Company.
∎ Vendor sourcing and Analyzing the vendor qualification and recommending selection.
∎ Vendor assessment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of supplier.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ Sourcing, supplier selection, rate finalization, negotiation as per the company's procurement policy/procedure;
∎ Communicate with existing suppliers for price negotiation and continuous follow up.
∎ To finalize procurement plan within estimated time frame.
∎ Conducting technical and financial review of vendors proposals.
∎ Follow-up on vendor commitments and delivery/completion timeline.
∎ Maintain records of work orders, goods received and issued to factory store and concern department.
∎ Follow up whole procurement process at time to time and report to top management.
