Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing, tending, negotiation, payment process.
∎ Continuous follow up with supplier for on time delivery of consignment.
∎ Day to day liaison with user specially brand and sales related people to know about upcoming event.
∎ Follow up with audit team for invoice processing.
∎ Proper follow up with accounts team for timely payment for supplier.
∎ Market visit: To go to market for sourcing, new alternative product development, product present market scenario and vendor interaction.
∎ Vendor management: To execute vendor performance analysis, New supplier development.
∎ Clear knowledge about Mkt. and Sales promotional budget.
∎ Clear understanding about foreign tour, hotel accommodation and travel plan.
∎ Clear understanding on event management.
∎ Proper knowledge on printing materials.
∎ Creative idea on gift and promotional item.
∎ Provide SAP training to new comers.
