∎ In line with the conscious development drive within the Group; we are in pursuit of a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the following position in our Bangladesh office,

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage both the import and export departments including FCL and LCL.
∎ Follow company procedures and best Practices in performing the work.
∎ Ensure staff quality, good team player and timely completion of assignments.
∎ Responsible for the resolution of accounting problems for the Ocean product area.
∎ Responsible for supervision of all staff
∎ Responsible to ensure compliance of all company regulations relating to operations and human resource policies.
∎ Responsible for management issues including staffing and evaluation.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement processes to increase efficiencies, reduces waste and improve performance to our customers.
∎ Responsible for meeting all KPI's assigned and audited
∎ Responsible for P&L Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8+ years Ocean Freight Forwarding experience required,
∎ Need to be a good team player and leadership / management experience required
∎ Extensive knowledge of ocean freight Export and Import Operations and Customer Service'
∎ Should have strong relation with the carriers and good negotiating skills.
∎ Cargowise (or similar) software experience is required
∎ BS/BA degree preferred
∎ High Level Leadership Skills (communication, motivation and interpersonal skills)
∎ Demonstrates strong communication capabilities
∎ Easily capable of making well informed decisions
∎ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
∎ All applicants should possess excellent communication skills, good command of English, computer literacy and the ability to work flexible hours.
