Job Context:
∎ Senior Executives (Manufacturing) report to the General Manager and assists them in carrying out the company`s policies, procedures and objectives. They must demonstrate leadership, and carry out operations in a scientific, systematic, and financially optimized manner. They will work with leaders across the various departments to create a collaborative and problem-solving culture within the organization.
∎ Work Place: Head Office at Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with inter-departmental leaders to achieve the company's objectives.
∎ Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
∎ Devise strategies to maximize employee productivity, increase market share, and generate new business opportunities.
∎ Consolidate and maintain administrative records for various departments.
∎ Draft correspondence related to any business activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities as to be decided by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must be well conversant in MS Office, ERP, basic IT skills, excellent
∎ written and spoken communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Professionalism, Hardworking, Problem solving skills
