Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completing audit fieldwork according to establish a working schedule.
∎ Physical verification of assets and store items.
∎ Review relevant policies and procedures.
∎ Market survey & quotation collection to sourcing and or verify procured items and competitive price analysis.
∎ Capable to find out the discrepancy of every dealings and record and report timely.
∎ Execute detailed audit procedures, including review of transaction documents, file records policies and process.
∎ Prepares Audit Plan and analysis of audit data through computer aided audit tools. Performing all reconciliations and analytical procedures
∎ To follow up the whole process of work as it is functioning properly.
∎ Identify weakness in the internal control system and contributing to the development of the process/ system.
