∎ Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing material from foreign countries
∎ Analyzing the requirements and evaluate each & every alternative
∎ Ensuring proper documentation process
∎ Archiving all necessary LC document
∎ Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and develop strong partnerships
∎ Ensuring ongoing feasibility of existing suppliers
∎ Controlling the procurement budget
∎ Promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
∎ Scheduling delivery of the materials following up with C&F
∎ Communicating with Finance team regarding payment and financial issues
