Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master Degree from any reputed institution
∎ Strong skills in Excel and other basic MS office applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completing import procedures by preparing import documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the value of the documents.
∎ Preparing the import shipping documents/shipping guarantee/bank endorsement
∎ Co-ordinate with all the concerned related to import issues and provide them proper feedback
∎ Maintain liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Custom office, VAT department, production, materials control department and merchandising department
∎ Checking all import documents required at different levels (e.g. commercial invoice, packing list, delivery challan/truck receipt, country of origin, other certificates etc.)
∎ Monitoring invoice and bill payments
∎ Capable to handle all import & export issues with BEPZA & Customs authority
∎ Any other assignments given by the authority as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with concerned authority
∎ Customs Bond/Bank/Export/Import/LC/Freight Forwarding/C&F/Supply Chain etc. of commercial Department of the company.
∎ Sound knowledge in Custom Bond rules, Industry Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy
∎ Experience in Export & Import Banking etc.
