∎ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute occupational health and safety plans at workplace according to legal guidelines.
∎ Ensure employees safe comfortable environment at work place.
∎ Ensure all employees are aware of occupational health and safety policy.
∎ Prepare checklist to check equipment and machinery such as fire detectors, fire hydrant, fire doors, firefighting equipment etc as well as check them regularly.
∎ Conduct regular training for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
∎ Create fire team within the organization and conduct regular fire drill.
∎ To make aware the employees about personal health & hygiene.
∎ Perform building safety audits and correction documentation.
∎ Identifies probable fire hazard areas and takes preventive measures on urgent basis.
∎ Ensure health and safety documents are reviewed and updated as appropriate.
∎ Keep the record of each fire related activity.
∎ Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics to Management on demand basis.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management.
