Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients, including contractors, architects, engineers and construction professionals.
∎ Offer comprehensive information on product specifications, applications and best practices.
∎ Address technical queries, resolve issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Visit Engineers of various Government Department such as RHD, PWD, LGED, WDB, WASA, PDB, Railway so on.
∎ Visit Consultant, Home Builders, Contractor, Retails whenever required.
∎ Handle customers complain and come out with proper solution.
∎ To arrange various influencers meets, events, program and campaign.
∎ Frequent field visit for Technical Support to the sales team and work as a joint force to achieve the sales target.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to promote company products and services effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets and objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
∎ Conduct regular site visits and meetings to provide personalized support and address any concerns.
∎ Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient communication process.
∎ Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's cement products, features and benefits.
∎ Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and application expertise, specially Masons Meet.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to cement and construction materials.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities.
∎ Prepare detailed market analysis reports and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
∎ Generate regular reports on technical support activities, business development initiatives and market insights.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and plans.
∎ Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations in all interactions and activities.
∎ Uphold the company's reputation and values while promoting a culture of integrity and professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
