∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor of Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
∎ Candidates having PGD in Supply Chain Management will get preference.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management of engineering consumables, machinery, and spare parts in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
∎ Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment specifications, technical drawings, and industrial spare parts to ensure accurate sourcing and procurement.
∎ Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and procurement modules for managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor records.
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with local and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for purchase including machineries, spare parts & other relevant technical service from both local & foreign suppliers/service providers.
∎ Responsible for timely delivery for all engineering, consumable items to factories.
∎ Develop competitive source for consumables project materials.
∎ Provide quick support for smooth availability of engineering consumables (Importing & Local items).
∎ Preparing comparative statement for approval & issuing purchase order for required items.
∎ Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or service with users and vendors to determine causes of problems with take effective and preventive action.
∎ Ensure appropriate quotations from potential vendors, review, negotiation, prepare comparative statements to make the purchase cost effective.
∎ Maintain liaison with all concerned internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure LC opening, follow-up and on time delivery.
∎ Central Database of existing and potential vendor of machinery.
