∎ Relevant experience in drug raw material management, pharmaceutical procurement, or a similar role.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation processes (e.g., DGDA Block List/NOC Approval).
∎ Experience with quality control (QC) rules, ISO standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring DRUG RM availability according to supply plan/New Development items.
∎ Communicating with Factory Personnel to ensure sample and other Regulatory Documents.
∎ Preparing C.S for required DRUG RM/NPD and FG items.
∎ Preparing DGDA Block List/NOC Approval and Submit online and manually accordingly.
∎ Developing and sourcing DRUG RM as per business requirements.
∎ Negotiation and supplier contract management for NEW Items.
∎ Initiating alternative vendor development process.
∎ Coordinating with respective supplier for corrective measures for quality improvements and document submission as required by QA.
∎ Ensuring proper steps for procurement as per QC rules, ISO and SOP.
∎ Any other assignment as given by supervisor for the sake of company’s benefit.
