∎ CSCA or PGDSCM or MBA in Supply Chain Management degree is required.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
RMPM Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain vendors’ prices for each purchase as per the company’s purchase policy.
∎ Prepare comparative statement for all purchases.
∎ Issue Purchase order as per approved Comparative Statement.
∎ Follow up and ensure product supply in due time.
∎ Follow-up import clearance and work on document arrangement.
∎ Follow-up bill payment procedure.
∎ Sourcing & keep contact with effective vendors.
∎ Prepare various reports regarding purchases and savings as and when the management requires them.
∎ Implement & follow ISO 9001 procedures & instructions in areas of work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for executive position.
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience is required for executive position.
∎ Sound knowledge in ERP/SAP and MS Office package
∎ Good knowledge of Engineering requirements of the Pharmaceutical Industry is required.
