∎ Anirban Engineers and architects Ltd is a multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, and Public Involvement. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate that has specific experience in this industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, i.e., consultants, contractors, architectural colleagues, clients; cultivate leads and gather intelligence through a network
∎ Compile research regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and the industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, proposals, and presentations
∎
∎ Participate in go/no-go decision-making process
∎
∎ Develop and execute active communication strategies used to promote both the Firm and staff across a range of outlets: specialty communications, newsletters, social media, and company website
∎ Oversee regular website and social media updates
∎ Lead the coordination and creation of project solicitations
∎ Help define overall teaming strategies (consultants and staffing)
∎ Lead the strategic development of customized responses to proposals and subsequent interview presentations
∎ Ensure developed project strategies are compellingly portrayed in presentation materials while coaching team participants with messaging
∎ Schedule and lead debrief of project pursuits
∎ Develop Business plan & Lead a Large number of marketing officer
∎ Might be fulfilled the monthly and yearly target.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must
