Job Context:
∎ Anirban Engineers & Architects Ltd deal with Structural and Architectural Design, Soil tests, Construction, Interior, and maintenance of the Duplex & Multi-Storeyed Building. The position of `Architect` will play a role in the floor plan, landscaping, exterior, interior designing & animation of different projects and will report to our authority.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare building Design Concept / 3D Visualization and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications or Animation
∎ Prepare Detailed & Working drawings and specifications of a residential building, factory building, Depots, Landscapes, etc., and make any necessary corrections.
∎ Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals;
∎ Compile project specifications & ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
∎ Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time according to design/layout and to budget.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction;
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have knowledge in exclusive residential building design, RAJUK Sheet preparation, Rules of RAJUK, BNBC & other Gov't organizations.
∎ Sound knowledge of conceptual design, design development, and production of construction drawings.
∎ Excellent visual and graphic presentation skills and expertise in design software (CAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Photoshop 3d Studio VIZ or similar) for drawing, modeling & photo-realistic rendering.
∎ Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
∎ Reading and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
∎ Knowing of building codes and restrictions.
∎ Willing to work in interior designing.
