Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge in land related documents like, CS, RS, SA, City Jorip, Mouja Map, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge and experience about RAJUK, NHA, MOW digital drawing submission process, maintain follow up for getting approval with in short period of time.
∎ Liaison with all govt. authorities for collecting clearance certificate from those offices.
∎ Liaison with govt. or non-govt. utility service department (City Corporation, WASA, TITAS, DESCO, DPDC, BTCL etc.) to ensure utility connection with in short period of time.
∎ Able to maintain all projects tax & rent related file /documents.
∎ Have to attend land related case hearing at related office on behalf of the management.
∎ Have to provide written answer against any observation / explanation or any other issues circulated by RAJUK, City Corporation, DESCO, WASA, TITAS, any other govt. offices.
∎ Strong knowledge in preparing MOU, Deed etc.
∎ Good Communication skills and strong team player's skills.

∎ Age at least 25 years
