Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check the drawing as per requirement of the work & report accordingly
∎ Prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) as per drawing
∎ Suggest & use best quantity of materials as per location/nature of work
∎ Visit site as and when required and a proposed alternate material if a prescribed/earmarked is not available
∎ Maintain a price list of all materials.
∎ Must have enough knowledge about all constructional materials.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about computer to process all information as per requirement of the different department/contract.
∎ Liaison with the Architect & Structural Engineer to have better product.
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, specially with project engineers.
∎ Clear perception about construction material/works.
∎ Have to able to lead a team.
Salary: Negotiable
