Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Export L/C & update database regularly;
∎ Prepare all necessary documents and handover to PA collection team for buyer's acceptance;
∎ Assist to collect utilization declaration (UD) from different buyer acceptance submit export documents to banking team for payments;
∎ Communicate with buyer and buyer's bank for bank maturity;
∎ Input L/C & L/C related data upload in ERP system;
∎ Follow up with C&F for Bill of Entry/Export and submission with Export documents;
∎ Prepare commercial documents;
∎ Online Export reporting and PRC issuance
∎ Involve and engage in projects, initiatives that is assigned by the management which is necessary for the greater well being of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ The applicant should have at least 1-year experience in the same position..
∎ Application knowledge regarding UD, UP, banking
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good Communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented, self-motivated, self-driven, good interpersonal skill & team work
