∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate, BOQ and Rate analysis as per PWD/MES schedule (Civil, Sanitary & Plumbing).
∎ Cost analysis schedule and non-schedule items.
∎ Liaison with other procurement agencies.
∎ The financial & technical feasibility of the tender work.
∎ Schedule bar chart as per sequence of work.
∎ Check bill and quantities of every item of works according to actual.
∎ Documents for Tender works.
∎ The rate analysis as per Market price.
∎ Measurement book (M.B) as per schedule works.
∎ Computer skill: In Auto Cad, Microsoft office, Photoshop & other’s software related activities.
∎ Sound knowledge about MS office also typing & writing skill in Bangla & English.
∎ Knowledge in Public Procurement Rules (PPR) & e-GP Tender works.
∎ Site supervision & market survey.
∎ The feasibility against up-coming project.
∎ Sound knowledge about engineering drawing & design.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Experience with computer drafting programs.
