∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor the preventive and Proactive Maintenance of Process, Analytical & R&D equipment.
∎ Conduct troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance, electrical & electronic maintenance of Process, Analytical and R&D equipment.
∎ Supervise and monitor Engineering project activities with time to time tracking and reporting.
∎ Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, BOQ, URS, Technical Evaluation, installation, commissioning and qualification.
∎ Prepare and maintain Project documentations such as Gantt Chart, budget, project profile, Project report, Layouts, etc.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional departments for smooth execution of projects.
∎ Drafting in AUTOCAD for preparing project related layouts/ designs.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables for maintenance.
∎ Installation, commission and qualification of new machineries and facilities.
∎ Ensure availability of information throughout the management ladder.
∎ Maintain compliance documents (SOP, IQ, and OQ, PQ, Machine review report, URS, etc).
∎ Adhere to the QMS activities for raising/ closing Change Control, RA, Deviation, CAPA, etc. on-time.
∎ Participate in qualification & requalification works.
∎ Perform engineering activities as per GMP, GDP and GEP.
