Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate overall distribution, logistics, transportation and store management systems.
∎ Maintain proper communication with delivery person, transport department, depots & other departments.
∎ Assure proper supply and on time delivery of medicines in the market.
∎ Plan and update regularly the delivery routes with the Transport In-charge.
∎ Monitor the activities of Sales Representative/Delivery Assistant to ensure on time delivery in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Collect daily sales order from store & create a plan for delivery.
∎ Confirm pending delivery which is not delivered.
∎ Create & maintain Challan based on order.
∎ Provide delivery report to respective person.
∎ Monitor the attendance and leave of Sales Representatives.
∎ Assist HR department in the recruitment & transfer of Sales Representative in a corrective manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Employee must have computer skill.
∎ Should be dedicated to daily task completion.
∎ Positive attitude and Strong Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
