Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Commerce, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Commerce
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills, Fluent in speaking english
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Commercial/ Export-Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare utilization permission for garments unit and necessary permission obtained from customs as per Master L/C and BBLC.
∎ Prepare Bond license of new industry like garments, textile, accessories and obtain licenses from customs authority.
∎ Making statement of Import and Export.
∎ Conducting audit with customs audit officer
∎ Reply to queries raised by customs authorities on submitted audit report, Indemnity bond release, Ownership change, Factory transfer, Permanent inter bond transfer, General Bond issues etc.
∎ Preparation of Audit report against Deemed & direct bond License
∎ Processing of Ex-bond and In-bond
∎ Processing of customs, Bond and excise, VAT.
∎ Custom bond Commissioner Office related work (Customs audit, Bond License, General Bond, Indemnity Bond, Warehouse License)
∎ UP use and adjustment (as per DEDO)
∎ Monthly statement preparation for customs and time to time register follow up.
∎ Communicate customs staff/officer for factory visit when necessary.
∎ Capable to handle all custom bonds formalities independently
∎ Preparation of all customs and bond related paper works on all kinds of Dyes, Chemicals and Salt adjustment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good liaison with the Customs
