∎ Received Calls & Monitor social media platforms regularly (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Email) for customer inquiries, comments, and mentions.
∎ Address customer queries through Calls, comments, and concerns on social media, displaying timely, positive, and empathetic responses.
∎ Address and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently, collaborating with other departments for effective resolution.
∎ Use appropriate language and tone to maintain a positive and professional image in interactions.
∎ Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and maintain a knowledge base for consistent responses.
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing regular reports on customer sentiment, joint issues, and resolution trends.
∎ Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
∎ Stay informed about social media trends and updates, adapting strategies and responses accordingly.
∎ Uphold the company's brand image and values in all interactions in every communication.
