Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc in Civil Engineering /Graduation from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with clients-landowner and purchaser.
∎ To communication with project engineers of the concerned projects in regards of clients demand of modification, alteration when as required.
∎ To discuss with procurement department to assure the quality finishing materials as when as required.
∎ To Complete entire hand over process with the respective clients after finishing the each project.
∎ To keep a close relationship with all valued customers and landowners.
∎ To maintain inter department relation regarding customer services issue.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well-mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
