Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Sr. Executive (Development) who has the Experience in Achieving the Land Procurement Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. The Candidate Must Have at Least 2 Years Proven Experience of Land Procurement for REAL ESTATE Project.
∎ Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Searching and procuring Land for Joint Venture Real Estate Projects at different prime areas in Dhaka city / Bangladesh for Development.
∎ Land information collection & capable to review and evaluate Land documents for Procurement/ Vetting/ opinion before signing of the Deed of Agreement and Power of Attorney.
∎ Update knowledge about RAJUK declared Land Use, Height Clearance, Road Width or any other obligation.
∎ Having in depth knowledge on Floor Area Ratio [FAR] and its calculation and capable of doing feasibility sheet on proposed Land.
∎ Professional skill of negotiation. communications for purchasing/ developing Lands for Real Estate Projects.,
∎ Eligible candidates must have adequate ability to negotiate with the Land Owners
∎ Building Plan approval works from RAJUK, Power of Attorney (POA) Acceptance approval from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works attestation and authentication from DC Office, Mutation from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, AC Land Office along with the Foreign Ministry related works.
∎ Land Use Permission/ TP Clearance, Estate Clearance, SPA/SPC from RAJUK.
∎ NOC collection: SPA/ SPC of RAJUK, CAAB, Fire Service & Civil Defense. [If need: KPI, WASSA, Titas, Electricity, City Corporation, Traffic Police, DTCA, Environment etc.]
∎ Occupancy Certificate obtaining & assist to registration process of Sub-registry Office.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) proven experience
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well-mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
