Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Senior Executive - Customer Service (Civil Engineering).
∎ Must be 06 - 07 years of work experience in Real Estate Industry only.
∎ Motor Bike riding experience is needed for the Dhaka city.
∎ Candidate must be a non-smoker.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain communication schedule over the phone and email, prioritize tasks, attend meetings, prepare action plans, and review progress.
∎ Demonstrate professionalism, manners, and excellent customer service skills in both after-sales services and facility management services.
∎ Creating a strong client based relationship for potential business opportunities.
∎ Coordinate internal modification work and handle related settlements.
∎ Manage materials selection and prepare demands/refunds costing for clients and landowners.
∎ Project visits with customers as and when required.
∎ Stay updated on market trends and resolve customer issues promptly.
∎ Coordinate with other departments related to customer issues.
∎ Prepare all costing, formats and handover-related documents.
∎ Providing necessary support to the Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Applications from Civil Engineers are invited for the post of Customer Service having experience in Real Estate only.
