Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc /Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Graduate in any discipline with related industry experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Must have knowledge in CAD software ( AutoCAD-2D/3D) to prepare and customize drawings and plans.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure of making and maintaining individual customer file.
∎ Ensure collection of sample booklets of various types of finishing materials, fittings & fixtures.
∎ Assist department head in selection of common area materials.
∎ Issue letters to clients, requesting for modification decision.
∎ Meeting with clients about changes / modifications that clients want to make. Preparing cost sheet for the client's additional work / modification and taking acceptance from the client.
∎ Issue letter to Landowner & client for confirmation on selection of finishing materials.
∎ Organize meeting with clients to finalize the selection with acceptance.
∎ Issue reminder letters, if any client / landowner fails to meet deadline in providing decision for optional / modification work and selection or supply of materials.
∎ Follow-up with clients for payment for the additional work / modification.
∎ Inform concerned Engineering Dept. about client's changes / modification work.
∎ Organizing joint inspection with clients and visit their apartments during modification work progress.
∎ Prepare final accounts, utility connection cost, any refund of landowner and client.
∎ Issue apartment hand-over letter to the clients.
∎ Facilitating the first meeting of the owners of apartments to form the AOA & handover the AOA fund.
∎ Organizing handover ceremony of the projects.
∎ Selecting and allotting car parking to apartment owners.
∎ Providing all related documents to project ad-hoc committee after hand over of apartments.
∎ Receiving post-handover complain from clients and inform the same to concerned department.
∎ Update client / landowner information data base in ERP.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by Department Head.
