Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing/planning the proposal & budget for facility management service based on the project size & as required.
∎ Payment collection from the Apartment Owners Association.
∎ Preparing the monthly report on collection and expense of the specific project and submitting it to the supervisor and the Association.
∎ Playing the role of one point contact person for post-handover (maintenance service) for the customers.
∎ Maintaining inter-department correspondences.
∎ Performing any kind of additional tasks assigned by the Departmental Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have working experience in facility management in a real estate company.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to deal the critical situation.
∎ Good team player.
